Foreword: “Let’s Take a Break”
Greetings Readers!
Welcome to another installment on our webpage.
This season has been the most exciting, the most grueling, the most intense, with a side of stress to say the least. The complexities of Season 5 may have seemed insurmountable to the average reader. So I have decided to take a break…sojourn, and reflect, to write about a very special event in “Modern American History.”
Formula 1 has been a long-time passion of mine, so with the Vegas GP finally happening again on the west coast. I felt it was crucial to represent the sport, plus world of F1. In a way that only “The MHC Corporation” can cover the event.
Special thanks to all of those involved! From the initial bid to the completion of this amazing event. Please do enjoy this article covering F1’s grand return to Las Vegas.

F1’s Return To Las Vegas:

Since Formula 1’s public announcement of the event in the year 2022 A.D… The “2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix” is now the latest entry in F1’s U.S. Market Strategy. The return of the sport in Las Vegas, NV has gained enormous traction. Many people immediately stated their views on why this was the perfect opportunity to host the race here. From the time the construction of the Paddock broke ground, mixed emotions have circulated around the globe.. Concerns arose, mainly in regard to the rollout, commotion & logistical nightmare implications that the race weekend would entail. Many local residents have also expressed their concerns spanning various topics leading up to the race.
Construction
Track Enhancements & Paving Timeline:

Above is the final track layout approved by the F1 organization. The F1 planning commission concluded that this layout was the best layout for the 2023 season. Given all of the constraints of F1 racing in a city circuit setting. The existing track layout provides the highest speeds, with a flow that will excite the fans, whilst providing a breathtaking experience for TV audiences. Since the race is held at sundown… The Las Vegas Grand Prix is a great place to showcase the luminous atmosphere that only Las Vegas can deliver.
Growth & Popularity:
Formula 1 viewership has been growing rapidly in the United States — between 2018 and 2022 average viewership grew from just over 500 thousand to around 1.4 million.*

With the return of Formula 1 to the U.S.A. in the fall of 2012. Austin, TX was awarded the permanent home for the very first “Modern Grade Formula 1 Track” in the United States. Circuit of the Americas should be considered a Tribute to the popularity, growth, and acceptance of Formula 1 in the United States. Overall reception and positive support for the event has allowed the sport to reach new heights, a new audience and a global market. The track has since become the epicenter of the sport in the States. It will be known as the first track to fully solidify the sport, from coast to coast.

The Miami GP is the next phase, in the expansion and evolution of the sport today. The introduction of the street race format was a new concept strategy in rolling out Formula 1’s ‐ U.S. market development. At the center of the action is the Hard Rock Stadium… The introduction of the multi-surface layout, started to be a major concern leading up to the race. A year-long delay occurred due to the fact that every safety issue must be addressed to ensure the safety of the drivers and, most importantly, the event in its entirety. The success of race weekend ensured that the longevity of the sport, its impact. Now has a special place in this country for many years more!
Race Weekend
Upon arriving in LAS, It personally reminded me that this race weekend was going to be the best motoring experience in the USA. The overall scene that night was fast paced yet serene as everyone arrived and settled in.
- FP1 was cut short due to an issue on the track while Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz was driving and encountered a road hazard, thus resulting in a 10th place grid penalty.
- FP2 – Meanwhile Ferrari’s Charles LeClerc lead the way in setting the fastest time that evening of 1:35.26:52.
That following day, walking around town was not necessary. Albeit the contrast between race nights & the morning after made this whole experience even more intriguing. Waking up in the city and not having a care in the world allowed me to modernize my way of thinking in this vast hyperscape. A very deep & sincere thank you to the residents + working staff for their commitment to making this event a success. The way in which the barriers came down so quickly every morning to allow city traffic to flow was most impressive. Grabbing a couple of slices from Bonanno’s was well worth it.
As all of the spectators made their way to the event to attend FP3 & qualifying, there was an issue with the Grandstand Pass provided by a 3’rd party vendor. This mistake became “so egregious” that missing “Night 2” was a total failure by the entire ‘Seat Geek Staff + Tech Support’ for not Inspecting / Verifying ticket transfers. “In any event, watching the race from the Grand Suite and following up with family &girlfriend resulted in a better night after all.
Quali Night
Charles LeClerc took pole position with a time of 1:32.726 to ensure that Team Ferrari & “The Tifosi” took the lead to start the race.
Carlos Sainz took 2nd place with a time of 1.32.770 to solidify a front row lockout, Sainz took a 10-place grid penalty. In doing so, his garage will start from P12.

Race Day & Prep For Night Race
Leading up to the race, The Hard Rock Cafe was the only place in town to grab a bite. It was essential to sample: “The Lionel Messi Chicken Sandwich.”

– Race Day is critical for each team as they go over all quality checks and any last-minute changes to the vehicle and driver’s state of mind, to attack the circuit with their best effort as bestowed by the team. For SrBallinsworth a day serving as the internet’s premiere consultant / lawyer, I was faced with a dilemma. To advise on pre-motions before trial or allow the defense to tire out and exhaust themselves with each punch thrown. It was plain to see what was taking place.
Race Night
Admist all of the uncertainty leading up to the race. The F1 community was thrilled to be part of the main event. Entering the Grandstand Area was an experience like none other; many people were in attendance & the culinary experience overall deserves high remarks for the selection and the fans’ excitement of the presentation. A big thank you goes out to the entire staff, for putting in a lot of hard work, hours and dedication towards the safety, protection, and well-being of all us race goer’s, you really had to be there to get the full effect of their support. I can attest to the attendees being ever more grateful, as they realized the intense preparation that took place.

MHC Corp Update
Finally, we have arrived at The MHC Corporation’s favorite section.
In times of great adversity, we the people would like to remind the world. When faced with many executive decisions, one must dig deeper and continue to fight on! Core values are essential to any global structure, especially when instilling “Total Business Solutions” in a corporate setting.
In order to make dreams into reality at first, it may seem impossible. Many people may doubt, speculate, and even disagree? Ask yourself? “Are you willing to go as far, drive as hard, and achieve the impossible? The point of S5 is not also in the experience, but in the demonstration of living the dream. A dream that at first may have seemed impossible, is now a possibility, and now that possibility has become a reality. Please enjoy the final act in S5, and again! Many thanks to you the reader.
Once again, we’d like to thank the entire staff and every single person involved.
