The time is here.. I am happy to announce that the event page for this year’s mixer is now live.
We will be hosting the event at the fabulous and newly renovated Hotel MDR – A DoubleTree by Hilton. They just had a $7.5 Million Dollar renovation and MHC Promotions is happy to be in a partnership with this jewel of a location.
The event’s itinerary is as follows:
– Event start: 8:00 PM
– Performances/Talks: 8:00PM – 10:00PM
– Open Bar: 9:00PM – 11:00PM
– Event End: 12:00PM
